Boradore Return & Refund Policy

At Boradore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You will have enough time to review your order and return it if necessary.

Return Period

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened.

  • Products must be returned in their original and intact packaging (preferably in the original package you received).

  • Any gifts included in the order must also be returned if you are returning the entire order. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that are damaged or show signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized products

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Please keep your delivery receipt until your return has been fully processed.
